New features to power up your fall season

That’s why we’re excited to introduce new Workflow features designed to cut time, clicks, and complexity from your production process: Sheet View, with powerful Find & Replace and Quick Edit tools built in and Image Culling enhancements.

Sheet View: Bulk edit subject data in seconds

Have a bunch of job names, student IDs, or metadata to fix? Meet your new best friend: Sheet View, a brand-new way to manage and clean up subject data at scale.

Sheet View displays your subject data in a spreadsheet-style grid, where you can make inline edits, filter, sort, and take action on thousands of rows at once.
Within Sheet View, you can use Find & Replace for sweeping bulk updates, and Quick Edit for precise changes to specific fields.

Filter by field, apply changes, and preview edits in real-time. Whether you're correcting a batch of misspelled names or standardizing student IDs with zero padding, it’s never been easier to clean up your data at scale.

You can also use common search operators, like “includes,” “equals,” “starts with,” or “ends with” to precisely target the values you want to update.

Key capabilities:

• Browse all your data at once and visually notice any inconsistencies

• Double click a value to make quick edits

• Bulk assign or remove from groups

• Search for specific values across subject fields (e.g., last names, student IDs)

• Choose to edit only filtered results or entire jobs

• Add zero padding, adjust title case, and more, all with a live preview

• Apply edits in bulk and get instant confirmation when changes are made

• Click “Sync” to save and finalize all your edits across the dataset
  
  

Pro tip: Combine this tool with filters to seamlessly update just the data you want, no need to touch rows that are already correct.

And if you're making smaller updates, like changing grades or fixing addresses, don't forget about Quick Edit. It's ideal for fast changes to just a few selected records.

Image culling enhancements: Review thousands of photos, faster

We’ve upgraded the Image culling experience in Workflow, so your studio can sort, tag, and select the best images faster, and with less friction.

These enhancements are designed to help production teams and photographers stay in flow, even during the busiest weeks of fall. Say goodbye to clunky dropdowns and visual clutter, and hello to a streamlined, keyboard-first workflow.

What’s new:

• Keyboard shortcuts for tagging
  Assign Primary, Yearbook, or Hide/Unhide tags instantly, no mouse needed.

• Faster image navigation
  Use Cmd + A (Mac) or Ctrl + A (PC) to select all, and arrow keys to fly through images.

• Cleaner selection indicator
  A subtle border replaces the old blue overlay, so you can actually see what you’re tagging.

• Collapsible sidebar
  Maximize screen space when you need to focus on image review.

• Consistent attribute behavior
  All tag menus (sidebar, dropdowns, shortcuts) now behave the same way, no more guesswork.
  
  
  

Coming soon: A new Detail view that shows a large image preview next to the thumbnail grid, making it even easier to assign attributes and crop in context.
